The significant problems we have cannot be solved at the same level of thinking with which we created them. (Einstein)
- Identify or define the problem
- Can you trace back to when the problem started and who it involved?
- Is the problem a symptom of a greater cause?
- Is there a quick solution or evolving solution to the problem?
- What have you done to fix the problem?
- Does it work?
- Does it actually work?
- What else can be done to address the problem?
- Does the problem lie within you or outside of you?
- Does the problem lie within your experience of yourself when faced with the problem?
- Have you ever taken time to address the problem with self?
- How do you react to the problem when it occurs?
- Can you avoid the problem before it occurs?
- Is the problem unavoidable? Why or why not?
- Does the problem make you happy?
- What steps can you make to be happy?
